In-site payment is only for:
Telegram accounts — aged, new, or any country
Instagram accounts — aged accounts only
These two products use automated payment and automated delivery via your in-site wallet. No other services are purchasable on-site.

Other services (unban, verification, recovery, etc.) are strictly:
DM payment — direct message arrangements
Escrow — third-party held funds until service completion
Middleman — trusted intermediary (see Definitions)
These services are not available via in-site wallet. Contact us via WhatsApp, Instagram, or Telegram to arrange payment.

3. Products & Services

Our in-site products are limited to two offerings, handled automatically with real-time stock updates:

Telegram accounts — aged, new, or any country
Instagram accounts — aged accounts only

Product pricing may differ from time to time. We are developing the platform further and may add more features and automated services later for users.

For unban, verification, recovery, and other services — see Section 7. These are paid via DM, escrow, or middleman only.

4. Payments & Wallet

The following applies only to in-site purchases of Telegram and Instagram accounts.

In-site payments are cryptocurrency only. We process payments using APIs of different payment providers for smooth and fast approval, typically within 1 hour depending on the coin network. In-site wallet is available only to logged-in users with dashboard access.

If you want to fund your wallet in your own currency (e.g., fiat), you may contact support for top-up via their panel — you pay them and they credit your wallet. If you prefer not to pay directly in crypto or have trust concerns, we also offer and options — see Definitions below. For other services (unban, verification, etc.), payment is strictly via DM, escrow, or middleman.

Verify you are contacting real support. Scammers may impersonate us. Only use official links from this website (WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram). We will never ask for your password or sensitive data via unsolicited messages.

Wallet & Top-up Issues

If you experience any of the following: (i) you paid but your wallet balance was not updated; (ii) you made a purchase but it failed due to a balance issue even though you have sufficient balance; or (iii) any other payment-related issue — please reach out to our support team via WhatsApp, Instagram, or Telegram. Always include your User ID and email (as shown on your profile page) when contacting support.

5. Liability & Refunds

You are liable for the two core products (Telegram and Instagram accounts) after successful purchase. We deliver accounts as described and do not accept responsibility for post-delivery use.

No Refunds After Successful Purchase

No refunds can be done after successful purchase. For full details on refund eligibility and non-refundable scenarios, please refer to our Refund Policy.

For development-related work (custom development, strategy plans, etc.), we require a 50% down payment before we start working, due to the precious time involved in such projects.

6. User Obligations & Violations

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. Any violation of our site policy will result in strictly no refund. Violations include, but are not limited to:

Abuse & Fraud

Brute forcing, spamming, attempting to fake transactions, or trying to top up a high amount and then claiming it was a mistake.

Laundering & Scams

Money laundering, scamming, fake payments, or any activity intended to deceive the platform or other users.

If any such violation is noticed, your accounts and funds may be forfeited. Check our Refund Policy for full details.

Change of mind in bad faith, scam attempts, and other similar activity may escalate to a report and can result in the termination of any further dealings with you — including on-site transactions and live deals (DM, escrow, middleman). We reserve the right to refuse future business.

7. Other Services (Non-Core Products)

Unban, verification, recovery, and similar services are not sold via in-site wallet. They have their own payment and policy rules:

We do not guarantee account unbans due to user activity. Unbans depend on platform policies and your subsequent usage.
We provide one-time recovery. After the unban is completed, we are not responsible for any further bans caused by user activity. You will need to pay again for another unban.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and any remaining wallet balance or access may be forfeited in cases of policy violation.

10. Changes to Terms & Policies

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service, our Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and other policies at any time. Changes may be posted on this site without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these documents periodically.
