No Refunds After Successful Purchase

All in-site purchases of Telegram accounts and Instagram accounts (automated payment and automated delivery) are final. Once payment is successful and delivery is complete, no refunds will be issued.

Other services (unban, verification, recovery, etc.) are paid strictly via DM, escrow, or middleman — not in-site. They follow their own policies. See below and our Terms of Service for full details.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Successful Purchase

No refunds can be done after successful purchase of Telegram accounts or Instagram accounts. You are liable for these products once delivery is complete.

Policy Violations

Strictly no refund if you violate our site policy: brute forcing, spamming, trying to fake transactions, claiming mistaken top-ups, laundering, scamming, or fake payments. Your accounts and funds may be forfeited.

Other Services (Unban, Recovery)

We do one-time recovery. After an unban is completed, we are not responsible for further bans due to user activity. You will need to pay again for another unban. We do not guarantee unbans — outcomes depend on platform policies.

Wallet & Top-up Issue Resolution

If you experience issues such as: you paid but your wallet balance was not updated; you made a purchase that failed due to a balance issue even though you have sufficient balance; or any other payment-related problem — this is not a refund request. Reach out to our support team for resolution:

Development Work & Other Services

  • Development Work: Custom development, strategy plans, and similar work require a 50% down payment before we start. This is non-refundable once work has commenced, due to the precious time involved.
  • Change of Mind: Once work has commenced on custom development or strategy plans, no refunds will be issued. Change of mind in bad faith may also escalate to a report and termination of further dealings (on-site or live deals).
  • Account Bans (User Fault): If your account is banned after our service is delivered due to your activity, we are not responsible. One-time unban recovery is offered; subsequent bans require a new purchase.
